Her career spans leadership roles across sectors including healthcare, nonprofit, education, food systems, and manufacturing—giving her a well-rounded perspective on what it takes to build effective teams and sustainable operations.

Beyond her HR expertise, Elizabeth has led hospital operations, overseeing initiatives that improved regulatory compliance, financial performance, and patient outcomes. These sessions provide essential tools for newly promoted supervisors to lead with clarity, empathy, and accountability, ultimately strengthening organizational culture from the inside out.

Elizabeth holds an MBA from Kansas State University and maintains certifications including SHRM-CP, PHR, and LDCP (Leadership Development Certified Professional). She also serves as an adjunct faculty member at The Citadel, where she helps shape our future leaders.
