At the center of our work is Elizabeth Gibson, a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of experience across industries including healthcare, nonprofits, restaurants, food hubs, and manufacturing. Elizabeth brings a practical, people-first approach that balances compliance with the realities of running a small to mid-sized organization.

In addition to ongoing HR consulting, we also offer interactive workshops to develop your leaders and teams. From supervisor training to performance management, interviewing best practices, and employee growth planning, our workshops are designed to give managers practical skills they can apply immediately.

Elizabeth Gibson is a seasoned HR and operations leader who brings more than two decades of hands-on experience helping organizations grow, stabilize, and thrive. Her career spans leadership roles across sectors including healthcare, nonprofit, education, food systems, and manufacturing—giving her a well-rounded perspective on what it takes to build effective teams and sustainable operations.

Beyond her HR expertise, Elizabeth has led hospital operations, overseeing initiatives that improved regulatory compliance, financial performance, and patient outcomes. This blend of strategic and operational insight allows her to align HR practices with organizational goals—especially for small and mid-sized businesses looking to scale smartly.​

​Elizabeth has served as both a Human Resources Director and Business Partner, with a proven track record of:

  • Reducing turnover and improving employee engagement

  • Creating compliant, competitive compensation and benefits programs

  • Designing onboarding and recruitment systems that attract top talent

  • Updating and customizing employee handbooks and workplace policies

  • Coaching managers and supervisors to lead with confidence

  • Leading workforce development and succession planning across multi-site teams

One of Elizabeth’s greatest strengths is leadership development. She regularly teaches and facilitates “Supervisor 101” workshops—designed specifically to bridge the gap between technical expertise and effective people management. These sessions provide essential tools for newly promoted supervisors to lead with clarity, empathy, and accountability, ultimately strengthening organizational culture from the inside out.

Elizabeth holds an MBA from Kansas State University and maintains certifications including SHRM-CP, PHR, and LDCP (Leadership Development Certified Professional). She also serves as an adjunct faculty member at The Citadel, where she helps shape our future leaders.

As an active member of several professional organizations and a committed community volunteer, Elizabeth brings both professional credibility and a personal passion for helping businesses and nonprofits create great places to work.
